Taking the design world by storm during its initial unveiling at Salone del Mobile this collection of portable lights by Tom Dixon is expressive, skilfully engineered and compact in size. Melt is evocative of molten glass, the interior of a melting glacier or images of deep space. The diffused light offered by the Melt Portable LED means it is both subtle in ambiance whilst bold in appearance. Designed to be both versatile and adaptable the lights are suited to both indoor and outdoor use. The 3 dimmable settings allows them to translate to different spaces throughout the day and night. No longer are you tethered to one work space or power outlet, you can be fluid in your interaction with spaces with the use of these portable lights.
