High gloss black, furniture-grade PVC poles with a yellow hinged top cap for attachment to fence with a white PVC pointed bottom tip. 12”-long, black high gloss, matching PVC ground sockets to hold the poles. Each ground socket will have a pointed bottom tip and a cap to cover the socket when the pole is removed.
